Previous incidents

Our app had some small downtime this morning due to degraded performance from our authentication provider. While it is unclear why this happened, we'll be implementing boundaries to ensure that degraded vendor performance impacts smaller areas of the app. We're also getting in touch with the vendor for a postmortem.

We had a little downtime on our Portal today as we upgraded a big part of our tech stack. We're expecting less random downtime going forward.
